In most cases, unless you live a far distance away, we require you to attend one of our information sessions.  This is a good source of factual information about the procedure you are considering and also allows you to meet the doctor and team and ask any questions you might have. 

At these sessions, given by Dr. Curry, you will hear about the pro's and con's of each type of surgery, a detailed explanation of insurance issues, and a step-by-step process leading from seminar up to surgery.

We feel that this is an important, life-altering change and hearing this information at a hotel or some other commercial venue devalues the importance of the decision; therefore we ask all our local patients to come to our center for our information sessions.  This allows you to truly see our practice, our excellent facility, and the excellent care that we provide to our patients that is second to none.  We also offer monthly seminars in Columbus for the convenience of those north of Cincinnati on the I-71 corridor.

If you live out of town, we will try to accommodate you so that you can come to your information session and have your initial visit and possibly even your psych eval in the same day.  This requires some advanced notice, but we will try to help you in any way we can to make this process as easy on you as possible.
