For those who aren't interested in surgery or do not qualify, we also offer medical weight loss treatment plans, involving Healthwise and Medifast programs monitored by experienced registered dietitians.  We know that some patients need pharmacologic help as well, so we have an intensive Adipex (phentermine) protocol to augment your success.  

We make special arrangements for our out-of-town patients. We can recommend nearby affordable quality hotels for your stay and we will try to condense your visits into as little time as possible so your workup can be efficient, timely, and affordable.

We have two Ohio (Cincinnati and Columbus) and one Northern Kentucky LAP BAND^® and REALIZE BAND^® centers to serve our patients. 

Our main base, on the northern side of Cincinnati, is a state-of-the-art 4500 square-foot obesity treatment and surgery center located in the Evendale Medical Building (directions), with easy access from I-75 and I-71. 

In the same building as our main office, we have a unique exercise/fitness/lifestyle center called The Fast Track Metabolic Weight Loss Center.  An entire team of diet and exercise professionals is on staff there to assist you with all your needs!

Also in the same building is JourneyLite of Cincinnati, an outpatient surgery center that specializes in Lap Band, Realize Band, sleeve gastrectomy, and gastric plication surgery.  JourneyLite is one of only a few outpatient centers in the United States to achieve certification as a Bariatric Surgery Center of Excellence!

Our Northern Kentucky location, near St. E South Hospital right off I-275, serves our Kentuckians as well as some from Ohio and Indiana along the I-275 loop (directions).  This office also includes a full service FAST TRACK Metabolic Weight Loss Center as well!

We have a satellite office in Columbus (staffed by our expert team) for band adjustments or sleeve/bypass follow up appointments! (directions)
