We have three offices to meet your needs - our main office is a state-of-the-art, 4500 square foot facility in Evendale (just east of the GE plant on I-75, easily accesible by I-71 also).  Our Clifton office is just minutes from Northern Kentucky, located directly across the street from Deaconess Hospital on Straight Street.  Free parking is available in the Deaconess garage.

For our Columbus and Cleveland patients we have a new satellite clinic for band adjustments and follow up visits!

I-71 (coming from the south) - Take the Pfeiffer Road exit, and turn left onto Pfeiffer.  Continue for a few miles on Pfeiffer until you come to Reading Road.  Turn right on Reading and then take the first left into the Evendale Medical Building. 

I-71 (coming from the north) - Take the Pfeiffer Road exit, and turn right onto Pfeiffer.  Continue for a few miles on Pfeiffer until you come to Reading Road.  Turn right on Reading and then take the first left into the Evendale Medical Building. 

I-75 (coming from the south) – Take the Evendale exit by the GE plant and turn right onto Glendale-Milford Road.  Travel about a mile until you come to Reading Road and take a left onto Reading.  Take the first left into the Evendale Medical Building. 

I-75 (coming from the north) – Take the Evendale exit by the GE plant and turn right onto Glendale-Milford Road.  Travel about a mile until you come to Reading Road and take a left onto Reading.  Take the first left into the Evendale Medical Building.

FROM I-471
Stay in the right lane as you cross the bridge and follow the signs to I-75 North.  Then follow the above directions for I-75 coming from the south!

FROM I-75 (north or south)
Take the Hopple Street Exit (#3) and turn left onto Hopple Street. Follow Hopple Street all the way up the hill until it changes to Martin Luther King and turn right onto Clifton Avenue. Go about 0.5 miles on Clifton and turn right onto Straight Street when you see Deaconess Hospital. The parking garage is on the right – take the elevator up to the skywalk and our office is in the Medical Office Building on the same floor, Suite 401.

FROM I-71
If you are coming from south of the river on I-71/I-75 just take the I-75 bridge and follow the above directions. If you are coming from the north (heading south on I-71) take the William Howard Taft Exit (#3) and follow Taft until it changes into Calhoun and dead-ends at Clifton. Turn right onto Clifton and immediately get in the left lane as you will take the next left onto Straight Street when you see Deaconess Hospital. The parking garage is on the right – take the elevator up to the skywalk and our office is in the Medical Office Building on the same floor, Suite 401.

FROM I-471
Stay in the right lane as you cross the bridge and follow the signs to I-75 North.  Simply follow the above directions then for I-75!
