You all know and love Donna Michele. She will get you ??œon the ball!??? This 30-minute class uses stability balls to concentrate on strengthening the core muscles and increasing balance. Other equipment, like dumbbells and medicine balls, may be incorporated to work on strengthening the major muscle groups of the body. Get off your butt and on the ball!!
