We see new patient consults on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. If you are scheduling a new patient consultation, please complete the form below.  We are typically closed for lunch from 11:30 - 12:30pm.

In most cases we require that you attend a seminar before you come in for a consultation.  We try to schedule these at various different times of day so that we can accomodate your schedule.  We rely on you to check your benefits to see if you have surgical weight loss coverage or not.  We cannot be responsible for charges denied because of lack of coverage!
